This bus system connects most of the greater Pretoria area. Brooklyn is also within close proximity to the Hatfield Gautrain Train Station (2.4km).

Transport
There are two main bus stops within the suburb, from which commuters can take minivan taxis to more specific points within the area. There is also the Fehrsen Street & Muckleneuk Street train station on the eastern end of the suburb, which provides yet another way for commuters to make their way to the suburb.

Brooklyn Mall is Niuew Muckleneuk’s biggest shopping centre. The mall hosts a wide variety of retail outlets, including Forever New, Exclusive Books, Vodacom and Musica. The wide variety of popular brands make it the ideal shopping destination.
