Phase one of Waterfall City's dynamic new high-rise residential development has been launched. Ground has been broken within the past month, and it is estimated that phase one of Ellipse will take approximately 18 months to complete, putting the completion date early in 2021.

Developers predicted that this residential precinct would be highly sought after, and with 80 percent of homes in phase one already sold, this prediction has been proven correct.
