OfficePlace was built on a simple idea: a broker is only as good as their knowledge of the ground. For more than 15 years we have concentrated on one thing, commercial property in South Africa’s major business hubs, and we have kept our people close to the buildings they let and sell. Our brokers specialise by area and by property type, so when you ask about a specific building you get an answer from someone who has walked it.

Today more than 45 area-expert brokers work across four major metros, spanning offices, retail, industrial and warehousing. From a single office suite to an entire mixed-use development, we handle the search, the negotiation and the paperwork, then stay reachable long after the keys change hands.

We operate as a registered property practitioner under the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority and hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate, so every mandate we take on is handled to the standards the law requires. That is the quiet part of the job, and it is where a good broker earns their keep.
