Category Commercial Property News

On the 3rd of May 2018, Loftus Park, the highly anticipated mixed-use precinct, held its official inaugural ceremony. This comes after the development’s First Phase was completed on 29th March this year.
Solly Msimanga, Executive Mayor of the City of Tshwane, did the honours of launching the property by cutting the ribbon and presenting a speech at the opening ceremony. Loftus Park’s new tenants, stakeholders as well as the Real Estate Investment Trust and Redefine Properties all attended the celebrations.

The grand opening for the public took place on the following weekend of the 5th and 6th of May. The celebrations were highlighted by performances from the South African rock bands of Prime Circle and Wonderboom.

Loftus Park is situated in Hatfield, directly opposite the renowned Loftus Versfeld Stadium, which hosts an array of prestigious sporting events.
